On the last 5 kilos

I’m 14M and have been overweight for most of my life until about 3 months ago when I decided to lose weight, I’ve lost about 9kg now from not eating any chocolates or sweets with maybe 1 or 2 days when I did, not drinking anything other than water and milk and then after a while going into a deficit. I’m now on the last few kilos and my pants are finally starting to get a bit loose but my weight is plateauing due to my body fighting for those 5 kilos of fat. I have read into this a lot but there are a lot of conflicting opinions such as some people saying to stick to a deficit, lower the deficit or have a diet break for two weeks. I can’t really lower my deficit since I’m already pretty low averaging at about 1400 calories a day and I also exercise every day with the r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine 2-3x per week and the rest of the days doing just cardio. So my question is what should I do, should I go on a diet break or stick to my deficit or do something else?
