hi im 19/5'7/F and ive plateued at 75 kilos (165 pounds) for around a month now. My daily intake is around 1300-1400 calories a day, and i do 18/6 IF everyday. I dont really exercise and i know i should but with a hectic online uni schedule its been hard to fit any exercise in. Its been really frustrating since ive been loosing around 2-3 kg a month and now the scale just wont move, my clothes fit the same and my body measurements are the same as before the plateu. Ive been loosing weight since May 2018, and have since lost 30 kg (65 pounds) but ive never had a plateu this long. I appreciate your help!
