This has been a recent problem that has just come up. My life has been pretty stressful lately and I've been trying to lose weight for the past few months. I managed to lose 14 pounds, but I gained 5 pounds in the past few weeks. This was obviously due to binges and I don't know how to stop. I'll just being doing well all day then at night I slightly overeat then end up just saying to myself "might as well just eat 1,500 more calories now that you already messed up." I know it's a really messed up mindset but I can't figure out how to fix this. I never binged before and now I can barely go 3 days without one. It's also very hard to remove any trigger foods because people in my family just keep buying them even when I tell them I need to limit my consumprion. How do I stop bingeing?
