I am a male, 227 lbs. My goal is 200.

I lost over 20 lbs in a month in March of this year by severely limiting my caloric intake and upping my cardio. I was just over 260 at my heaviest. After i lost 30 lbs, i slacked on it for whatever reason. I got down to 219 but fluctuated a lot and have been around 225-232 for the last few months. Until Nov 6th, I was having trouble finding the motivation and i would convince myself that i was happy with where i was because i didn't want to do the work. I found that motivation again and im doing this! I hope to reach my goal by the end of the year. I am posting this as a form of accountability and so if i fail, im not only letting down myself.
