Hey there, i am just starting out on my journey, but i want to know what you guys eat? Do you have a meal plan? Do eat fast food but just less of it? I can figure out the excercise, but growing up it was always fast food, so i don’t even know where to begin. I have pretty much complete freedom for what i eat (i’m not stuck in a school meal plan or anything) and i am good at following directions, so cooking isn’t too much of a problem, and i’m not a picky eater, but like i said, i just don’t know where to start. If somebody had a good, healthy meal plan laid out, that would be tremendously helpful.
