4 weeks in!

28 days ago, I was obese, a recent set of bloods had indicated I probably had fatty liver disease and my triglycerides were up.

Today I’m now overweight, down 8.1kg ( almost 18lbs), my liver enzymes have normalised, my triglycerides have halved, my HBa1c is at the lower normal end. And my fasting blood glucose have also decreased. Oh and so has by blood pressure (I wasn’t hypertensive but it was higher than it had ever been for me).

Im sleeping better than I have in ages and have started getting back into cardio and it’s not hurting my joints like it did a few months ago.

My resting HR has also improved according to my smart watch.

Im really pleased with my hard work and really hopeful that I’m going to make it to a healthy BMI before my 30th in March.

We can all do this! Xx
