Healthy diet but gained weight

Hi I have been on a healthy diet for a week now I've been eating cereal with banana, blueberries and raspberries and salad or leftovers for lunch and then steamed vegetables with a meat everyday. I haven't eaten any junk food or soft drinks and I haven't overeaten but I started at 140kg and now I'm at 144kg and I don't understand what's happening I really want to lose weight and have put alot off effort cooking every night very healthy meals eating alot of vegetables but I've gained weight is there anything I'm doing wrong or is it normal after starting a new healthy diet to gain weight? If I continue will I gain more weight or will my body start losing because I've started this new lifestyle and it's so easy to maintain for me I enjoy eating this way so can anyone help any advice please I really do not want to gain more and today I've eaten at a very low deficit because I was scared if I continued I'd gain even more
