So I recently bought a smart scale and though on the built-in display it only shows my weight, over Bluetooth it can show my body fat ratio, water ratio, and basal metabolism. (Too high, too low, too low.)
Shows a couple of other things too. So it's a good thing that I'm 7 years younger than my actual age (yay!) and I reckon that the above three numbers are based on stats and are just estimations but how does it work, really?
I especially don't like to see the body fat and water numbers as I drink more than 2 liters a day (87 kg, going down, IF) and I exercise at least 2x, maybe 3x more than people average in my age. So I have some doubts.
