My maintenance puts me at 1820 calories a day so that puts me at 1420 calories to lose a pound a week. I eat 1250-1300 a day usually to make sure I really lose the weight. I also exercise for an hour 6 days a week (aerobics and a bit of strength).

The past month (first month on CICO) I’ve been able to control the urge to eat. Haven’t slipped. But then my period arrived a few days ago and ever since then, I have been INSATIABLE. All I can think about is snacking.
Yesterday, I ate 1350 calories and today I went a bit overboard and ate 1415 calories. I was just about to snack some more but the thought of actually going beyond 1420 was enough to make me cry. It’s killing me inside. I can’t stop thinking about losing control tomorrow and the numbers adding up. I feel like a disgusting failure. How to control the urge to eat???
