I (16M) have been trying to get skinnier over quarantine. To be perfectly clear, I want to be skinny and not muscular/toned. I’ve lost a total of 65lbs in the last year and still look pretty fat. I’m having a bit of trouble losing more weight. I’m 5’8 and 165lbs and want to get to at minimum 155. But even then I don’t feel like I’ll be small enough. I’ve always been a pretty large person, especially when at one point I was 5’7 and 220lbs. I just want to be smaller.
I usually eat 600 calories on Mondays and Thursdays, and 2000 the other days. I also walk 4 miles a day 3-5 days a week. I don’t do any weight training because I don’t want to get any larger even if it’s just muscle.
