I am 23m 5ft3 138lbs. I calculated my TDEE to be 1680cals per day. I never go over 1680 and I'm almost always under and I use lifesum to track my calories. My calisthenics workouts are intense and I do 10x15 burpees every other day. So I don't understand why I am stuck. Although I am getting stronger, I do not see an overall decrease in bodyfat.
What am I doing wrong? I think it is worth mentioning that I wake up late and then I make myself lunch and then workout. Afterwards, I sit at my computer desk for the rest of the day. Should I wake up earlier and go for walks? Please help a brother out.
