I finally became determined in May to lose weight. I lost a quick 30 pounds the first month! I unfortunately relapsed midway through july and lost all my progress until today. I was lost inside, I couldn’t seem to start a diet, i kept pushing it off, it was bad. I was really depressed.
Today, I said fuck it and decided to eat healthy. I had some eggs, salad, tuna, and a nice chicken broccoli with brown rice for dinner. I don’t feel as stuffed, and I’m in such a better mood. Now i’m currently fasting until 12:47 tomorrow!
I’m so happy to be back and can’t wait to be back where I was. I am not giving up! it’s fucking time to lose this weight! LFG
