Am I eating too much carbs?
I’m not actually trying to lose weight really. I’m 5ft 9, 77KG and Male and 18. It’s just diabeties type 2 runs in my family heavily and everyone seems to get it in my family because of lifestyle choices and obesity. So I’m trying to prevent it happening to me.
I’m eating 220g of carbs a day with 210g of protein a day and 35g of fibre, 41g of sugars, 57g of fat, 14g of saturated fats 700mg of sodium and 140 calcium.
I’m just scared of getting diabeties because I used to be obese and the doctor would scare me and tell me I would get diabeties by the time I was 20 if I didn’t lose weight and it scared me 2 years ago to lose it all and go down to 76kg
I feel my carbs looks high though? Is it too much and if so what should I lower it to
