Hell there, hope you all are doing well! I am 20, full time college student. Ive been gaining weight over the past few years. Im consider obesity at this point. 5’ 3” 245 lbs. with school and stress it really doesnt help when it comes to loosing weight. Ive been trying to just eat 1 meal a day and eating some snacks in between. Is that a good start? I know that i need some exercise in in order to loose more, i currently dont have the time and motivation haha. Since covid is going around, I had to cancel my gym membership since Ive been so busy and money is tight. I plan to do small workouts during the week. What are good ways to start as a beginner with mo equipment. And was wondering if fat burners do work. I dont have a need to run into restroom to have diarrhea haha. Please let me know!
