Girls, Periods after weightloss?

Hi,
So I have a question for the girls here after weightloss.
I lost 30kg (66pounds)+ and I noticed that lately my period has really changed and I wonder if that is normal or if I should see a doctor...
What do I mean with changed? Well It seems to be later (I can't really put a time frame on how much later but last month it was a week late now we are well over a week late and so far nothing), also just the duration and heaviness has changed.

I am 100% not pregnant or anything, idk I'm starting to get worried, I could almost put a damn clock on my period with how well timed my cycle was, super consistent, I have an app for tracking which also predicts next one and calender track on my own, at most it was a day late.

Something else, well so last week I was "due" and the day i was technically due i was fucking sick, like exploding headache, a fever, stomach cramps etc I felt so out of it I just stayed in bed all day. I thought I had the flu or something, but didn't think much of it people get sick, so today I check my calendre (I had 2weeks off so hadn't in a while) and flip through to see my appointments this week and as I'm flipping I suddenly see my markings that mean "attention period days be prepared" and noticed the same day I marked as the first day of my period was also the day I felt so sick... Has anyone else have this happen? Could this just be a side affect of my body still adapting for the serious weightloss i've gone through or should I just see a doctor to be safe?
