First off, i know i need to consult a doctor for this, but I live in a very rural area and I just can't reach out to the only expert here (she just won't answer). I am moving soon to a big city so I can hopefully find an expert there. My thyroid is often checked up by my "normal" doctor.
Over the past few years I tried to lose weight and for a while I succeeded, but now my weight is going up and up and up. I know this is bc I am living through a tough time in my live and have a hard time being disciplined atm. Losing weight with such a condition is also even harder (though not impossible) than usual and even though I am only 18 years old, I got it pretty bad and it's messing with my health in general.
So I though maybe some of you guys suffer also from it and have some tips that may making losing weight with this condition a little bit easier. Thank you in advance.
Edit: by tips I mean if you know a certain diet that suits hashimoto patients best like low carbs is best for diabetes patients.
