I've spent the better part of the last two weeks transitioning into fasting focused. I'm feeling accomplished with this part alone. But, now I'm going into the next phase. I debated between ADF and rolling 48's or 72's, but settled on ADF. It won't be true ADF as I'm eating Sunday and Monday to keep the eating/fasting days consistent. I'm excited. I've been working on getting into a better head space to lose weight. And I'm even planning on getting therapy (pending insurance allowances, I guess). But I feel good about this. I'm ready.
