Stay within calorie range (1500 weekdays, maintenance weekends): Maintenance for the weekend.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT video, vigorous cleaning & hopefully a post dinner walk. 19/29 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Will do some tonight. 4/4 weeks.
Self-care time (working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 14/27 days): Did my nails!
Try a new recipe once a week: Baked donuts, enchilada casserole, bbq hummus, more different enchilada casserole, dressing(s), crock pot mashed cauliflower & ground turkey almost stroganoff. 6/5 weeks.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 5.
Be present in my body & accept the sensory feedback: Body says more exercise yes please endorphins. Getting it!
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Grateful for BOGO chicken boobs.
