So this is what I ate today:
Breakfast: Chocolate milk w 3 oreos
Lunch: Chocolate milk w 3 oreos. Egg toast (gotta get that protein)
Dinner: Chicken and rice
Total Calories: 1449
I've struggled with binge eating for over a month now, and it's gotten to the point where I binge eat every single day. I still struggle with it, but I think a lot of it boils down to restricting what I eat during the day, and then binging on said restricted foods in the night. I let myself have chocolate milk and oreos, and it wasn't the end of the world. I'm still alive, and I was able to do my workout just fine. I needed to have this day to bring myself at peace mentally. I know oreos and chocolate milk aren't the most healthiest thing in the world, but I figured out a way to work them into my calorie goals. Tomorrow I'll update on my weight- which I'm very nervous about. I just wanted to share this online because I have no one else to tell
