I've been exercising for a good month but I'm not losing weight?

Before you guys say that it's most likely my diet, I'd like to say that I've been on a calorie deficit (1600) and have primarily cut all sources of junk food out, from chips to all fast foods. I've also been getting around 100 grams of protein daily.

I started at 195 pounds the beginning of July but ended on 193, I know people are going to say it's progress and I should continue, but I've been pushing myself like I have never. I've been going on 30-45 mins walk/jogs every other day, while fitting in core/weight workouts with what I have at home.

I have no idea what could be contributing to my slow weight lost, but would love to hear what it could be. More information: I am 6'1", 18 year old male, and I'm vegetarian if that helps in any way,; I have noticed that I have lost the look of a constant beer gut and flattened out a lot but overall I take it too hard on myself for not losing more.
