Lost 22 pounds but look the same

I’m a girl 19 6’1 and weighed 252 pounds. I started trying to lose weight about 4 months ago and slowly lost 22 pounds. My relationship with food has unhealthy so I have struggled a lot but was proud of myself when I saw I weighed 230 today even though I want to lose at least 60 or 70 more pounds. When I look in the mirror though I feel like I look the same, even when I look at a picture of my body I took before. My family also hasn’t noticed or said anything about it so I was wondering do you just not really see it until you lose more like 40 pounds when you’re that overweight? I know especially because I am quite obese it may be hard to notice but Idk seems like 20 pound loss you could at least tell a little bit so I was kind of discouraged does anyone feel like this too or have any advice? Thank you
