Losing weight is not the problem, but losing fat is. I don’t know what to do anymore.

22m.

Cutting/dieting does not work. Losing weight is easy, but I cannot lose this fat. I have basically no fat on my body except for my abdomen.

When covid started I decided I want to change this, so I started dieting again and I have lost a lot of weight.

However, I feel that I have lost nearly no fat. I weigh 20# less than I did this time last year. I am visibly skinnier, but I still have all this disgusting, soft, flabby fat on my abdomen. I don’t even feel comfortable with my shirt off anymore.

This is what I am talking about. This disgusts me to no end and I hate it. I am so insecure about this and I believe I have extreme body dysmorphia.
