As kid i was taking steroids for medical purpose and because of it (and traditional slav cooking) i got fat. Then i got into sports, finished my medication and got thin 1st time in my life. After injury had to stop my trainings for few years and was doing all i could to stay thin with great success (around 75kg thru school). Now im back to being fat slob (114kg). Poor diet, near to none phisical activity and lots of stress did it job. As 24m i can't let that stay for any longer so wish me luck guys ;) Polish kitchen is mostly fat meat and potatoes and tbh im not that big fun of meat so i'll try vegetarian diet :D Target is 75kg And sorry for poor English, im still learning :)
