Hello Guys!
So first of all my stats: 102kg, 20yo, 177cm and male.
I started my diet around 1 1/2 month ago and lose approx. 7kg wich is awesome.
But now iam facing a problem i dont know the answer to.
Iam currently eating around 1000 to 1300 cal a day, which would make a deficit of 1000cal a day. This alone should bring me 1kg down a week. In Addition to this iam doing sport 5 times a week. 2 Times Spinning (45min) which burns an extra of 500-700 cal. Then iam having a muscle workout to not lose them while my diet. Its 300 cal or so according to my trainer. Then iam doing a whole body workout which is really hard, it should burn 700cal. And the last one is power yoga, which is just for being flexible and probaly burning some extra cal. According to my math i should lose 1-2kg a week of weight, but its been 2 weeks since the scale showed something different then 102kg and i dont know why. Iam only drinking water (3-5l a day).
It would be nice if someone could explain me this.
