Help

M, 15, 82.7kg ive wanted to lose weight for a while now and been trying quite a bit but because im still young i never was allowed to go on a diet or lift weights and etc. So what i did was quit eating snacks, sweets and sugary drinks and only eat 3 times a day while also jogging around the entire Block before getting ready for bed. And ive been at it for a week and havent lost even 0.1kg of weight and feel bad about it and im already losing hope that itll change whatever i do because of my limits. I feel physically sick and like im gonna throw up whenever i eat fruits and vegtables. It doesnt feel worth it to be hungry 24/7 so i would get rid of moobs which is all i wanted honestly
