I reached my lowest weight since I can remember last January after going through a hard regimen starting April 2019, going down from 230lbs to 168lbs in the process; then COVID happened and the gyms and my jobs went down the toilet and I ballooned back up to 200lbs within four months. Luckily I caught it at the end of May and through rigorous cutting back on alcohol and snacking (the two main culprits), plus running or walking every day I’ve managed to make it down to 182lbs!! The endgame is to get to 160lbs and stay there if at all possible. My only hitch is that strength training is a little hard to accomplish living in a small space (a boat). But I’m trying to figure it out! Trying to stay positive, not doing fad diets or starving myself. I know it’s a long slow process to make sure the long term goals stick!
