Hi all!
In the past year, I have lost 30lbs! I did this in about 6 months from June 2019 - Jan 2020 through a combination of strength training, IF and of course, CICO.
I took a bit of a (involuntary) break over the past 6 months, mostly due to work/school/corona/no gym but I have successfully maintained, and decided to kick into gear to try and lose the last 15lbs to reach my goal weight of 135lb.
I did not want to post progress on any social media until i reached my GW but to keep myself accountable and remind myself how far ive come, i decided to start up a reddit and instagram!
