Hi team, I have a few questions... and need some guidance/support/community.

I’m setting out to lose 25lbs. For context, I’m 26F, 5”0, 123lbs I’m overweight currently and terribly fucking unhappy with my body. I used to be vegan but found that I would just binge — two dinners, bigger meals, etc etc — so I now eat salmon and chicken in the hopes of having portion control. I have no issue with sweets/junk food and can easily leave them and eat mostly a whole foods diet. I’m trying to handle IF — 21:3 — which I’ve completed for the last two days.

Is it okay to have a full day of eating today? I’ve read you’re meant to switch it up?

For breakfast (8am) I ate: a brekkie wrap (scrambled egg, spinach, tomato relish), an almond banana smoothie and a vegan protein ball. Probably 500 calories, maybe a little less.

For lunch I’m having a small sweet potato & leftover chicken from a Mexican night. Probably 400 calories?

Do I begin fasting again tomorrow? Or have 2 days of eating and then return to fasting?

I guess the end goal is to be in a caloric deficit but the ‘how’ of IF is stressing me out a lot.

I’ve done a little research but I’m pretty new to dieting and feeling unexpectedly emotional about all of this so I’m sorry if this is a bit of a ramble.
