Quarantine had me fall off the wagon bad and I’m having a real hard time getting back in the groove. So here’s my official start numbers for today. I’m working on gaining/maintaining muscle and losing fat so I’m not sure how quick weight itself will go down I want muscle percentage to go up. I’m not looking to be Dwayne Johnson or anything but not ashamed to take off my shirt would be nice... my peak weight was 245 back in 2010 my lowest weight was 190 around 2015ish and its slowly gone up and down since then last year was the start of the slide I stalled it after switching jobs but lost control and ballooned over the last four months putting on 15lbs. Anyway have my exercise plan picked. My meals for the week prepped. Here’s to part one of the journey. Male 6’0 Weight: 240.1 Muscle 38.3 Body Fat 25.9
