Ok so I’m about to be 16 I’m not sure about to how approach the whole losing weight and gaining/maintaining muscle works. But a little hope would be appreciated. I’m 15 about to turn 16 male, I weight 140 Lbs and I’m around 5,4-5,5 I’ve been doing CICO for the past 3 days, im not sure how much I Burn in a day but I stared lifting again. I also walk on the Treadmill for 10-20 minutes. I would consider myself have average muscle but have a lot of Fat in the Stomach you literally wouldn’t tell I’m “chubby” if I’m wearing normal clothes. I eat about 1,200 cals a day. I’ll give you a example today I ate breakfast at 11 am it was Flour tortilla (100 cals) and mozzarella cheese (140 cals) and then at 2 I drank protein with water (150 cals) then for my last dinner I had 2 small pieces of chicken breast with a nectarine and some cucumber with lime juice and Tajin. I don’t eat after 6 and I eat my fist meal around 11-12 in the morning. My goal is losing Fat and gaining or keeping the muscle mass.
