I hope this helps!

Hey guys, I made this video a few months ago and the whole idea was to test my self control. I used to have an eating disorder and I would shake and get nervous around food.

I would get irritated and lash out. I've come a long way, and now I've got to lose the extra weight I packed on.

I hope this video helps anyone else having eating disorders.

I'd really love to discuss this further and hopefully get your support by upvoting this post.

I used to be lonely and sad in the past, and I guess food was my comfort whenever I felt anxious and down. I would also go to all you can eat places because I felt it was the only way to get my money's worth while eating out. I had a food allowance from work and it was limited, so I'd go to these buffets where I could eat all I wanted to a fixed price.

That wasn't healthy. I used to eat until I felt sick because I felt I needed to take advantage of what I paid for. "Money well spent". Nowadays, I just have 2 meals a day and I feel in control. I don't need to stuff my face anymore, I can have a healthy lifestyle and eat what I want without the anxiety.

I can finally enjoy my food and I can also survive without it. I've managed to get my eating disorder under control and now I can even make videos to help others with cravings.

My goal this year is to get my health back and be able to run without getting exhausted after 5 minutes. I gained 40kg since I got married, so, all of that extra weight needs to go!

The first step was taken, killing my disorder. Now, a new beginning.

If this post resonated with you and if you've been feeling out of control, I hope my video inspires you.

I dry fasted for 24 hours and then sat in front of my favourite pasta dish for 30 minutes to see how my body would react and to see if I could handle it. This is how it turned out.

This is self discipline:Self control food test after fasting for 24 hours straight
