17yo lurker who needs some advice!

Hi all! I’m 17 years old currently sitting at 256 lbs and have been practicing CICO (1800 a day) with hardly any exercise. But now that I’ve lost 9lbs, I became more motivated and would like to incorporate more fitness.

I’m wondering if I should continue walking for 70 minutes every other day or follow this regiment I found online: https://darebee.com/programs/30-days-of-change.html

I used an online calculator and it said that walking 70mins would burn 600 calories - which I think is plenty. But I feel like it’s not accurate and wouldn’t be as effective as following that plan.

Also, using tdeecalculator.net, my TDEE is 2748 calories and I’ve been eating 1800 calories a day. Is this too much? Would I go into starvation mode?

Thank you in advance!
