How to get back on the wagon and stop binge eating for good

Hey. So I tried to see how long I could make it through without binge eating and I lasted 4 days. I binge ate today on thin addictives, biscoff cookies, and bacon. My total calorie count was 2,220 - and its usually around 1200-1500 calories. I feel so awful. I've been struggling with binge eating for the past month or so and I honestly feel lost. I have an appointment with a therapist tomorrow and I also reached out to my Coach about it. I feel like I'm always starting over. Do you guys have any tips on how to lose weight and stop binging for good? These are my stats. I came on reddit because I'm too ashamed to tell my family, and I wanted to document my *hopefully* last binge ever.
