Hello so I'm a 15 year old male that is extremely obese, 2 months and 12 days ago I got fed up with myself after trying every diet under the sun, I then considered cico, funny thing is I had never tried it even though it's how you actually lose weight, I was so embraced In fad diets.
Anyway I started at a weight of 131.9kg and height of 5ft 10 and within 2 months and 12 days I have lost 6.3kg which puts me currently at 125.7kg. My question is that is this good progress within that time frame?
As for cico well I'm disappointed I wasn't as naive as I was and actually learnt how your body actually burns fat, I have been eating whatever I want and stopping hasn't even crossed my mind, even talking about the thought of stopping is so bizarre. In currently at a deficit of 750 calories and eating 1990 calories a day.
I would also appreciate some additional advice on going abroad, on the 10th August I'm going to Greece for 16 days and I don't know how to count my calories, I want to keep losing weight but in worried that I'll be eating high calorie foods with out knowing.
Any advice would be helpful.
