Had one of the weirdest non scale victories today. For the past year I used to pretty much get subway 2-3 times a week because there is one right by my apartment building. This was one of the things I cut immediately after starting to work on my weight.
Had a few close calls but the meal prep habit always allowed me to not get a sandwich for a pretty long time. Until today. Coming back from work at 9pm, with no meal prep ready and in no mood to turn on the stove, I decided to buy a sandwitch. Took my usual order and tried to eat it.
'Tried'. I legitimately could not fit more than half of the sandwich before my stomach had to tap out - 500cal was way too much. This feels like a dream compared to when I used to scarf down a footlong sandwich and still be hungry.
