I am 32, male, 6'2", and 415 lbs. I have been in a bad spot most my life, but I'm not using that as an excuse to be unhealthy any longer. I have cut out soda and fast food, and want to eat healthier but not sure what that is, i have seen so many different diet and eating plans that im not sure where to start. I have tried exercising some, and ended up hurting myself because i was overally ambitious. I am also not sure what my goals should be. I have read that for my height i should be around 180. Right now I'm just trying to find my way through the mire of just beginning this journey, and was pointed here because of the helpful community, and i could really use the help. Not sure what more information i should give, i appreciate any and all help whether it be diet plans, weight goals, exercise routines, or even just motivation.
