Question about the negative "I already slipped up today...might as well eat everything" moment....when does this happen to you?

Hi all! I'm sure all of you know about those moments when you're doing so well throughout the day, but then decide to have either a little too much of a delicious food or a "cheat" meal/snack....that ends up being a full on "whoops, already messed up today...might as well eat everything and start again tomorrow".

I'm curious as to when this happens to you. I'm trying to break this habit and wanted to dive deeper into when this happens. For me personally, I think it happens the most at night when I'm really snackish...and it seems that it happens before I even have that snack. It's like my mind already knows it wants to binge before eating :( And it's usually with dessert/snacks and never real food.

When does this happen to you? How did you stop it? Would love to hear your stories and tips!
