i overate (and always do)- advice? : (

its a bad habit... i get stressed or theres a little twang of hunger and i convince myself not to reach for healthy food because i dont want to go over my calorie intake... and then bam! the hunger strikes, i freak out and cant control myself any longer and... 320 calories worth of junk- done.

how do i begin working towards not binging on junk food whenever i get stressed, and how do i moderate the sweet stuff? i work out and exercise but i just set myself back when i do things like this

im not overweight but i have a high body fat % and honestly its not a good long term habit for my health either.

: / i feel pretty poopy now.
