I ate a 4000 calories Mcdo but went to the gym for 8 days straight

I didn't even feel guilty this time. I know that pushing weights by far doesn't compensate for the big binge, but it's such a huge milestone for me to have a gym streak that I didn't mind too much. It feels so great that I finally found a configuration that works for me, I look forward to going to the gym everyday and I don't see how that streak could break!

Now I just need to go easy on the food. I feel like I've already been eating more consciously since I started the exercise, but the last few days have been quite stressful study-wise. But I am still optimistic that this could work! I've been optimistic for the last couple of years without any results, yet everytime I feel like I'm getting closer.

Posting on Reddit is also a first, I finally gave myself a little push after telling myself so many times that I would write something here. Also I would love to have an accountability bud! If someone is interested or knows of a discord/whatsapp group, feel free to pm me! :)
