Some background - I have PCOS and weight gain/loss has been a bit of a doozy for me (and 1 in three women according to all the websites!) I currently weight around 200 pounds (my heaviest yet :( )
I have decided to start losing weight again - so i can get my hormones regulated. I have a plethora of mental health issues - and i can't make sense of what is because of general ptsd and what is coming from my hormones being wack.
While i am going to try and regulate food as much as I can - and in as kind ways as possible (i associate good food as a way to treat myself, and being in the dumps all the time, makes you want to treat yourself all the time causing well all the problems)
But one of the major things i have a problem with is exercising. I used to be a dancer and swimmer and i enjoy both those activities, but anything other than that makes me very very squirmy and i want to avoid the situation all together.
Also - i hate sweating. (I KNOW I KNOW but i do!!!!!)
I can't swim right now thanks to the virus, and dancing in my room doesn't match up to what i could have learnt in a studio.
So any tips on how i can cultivate exercising as a daily habit - without making it feel like a chore i can pawn off?
TIA!
