This has been a debate between my boyfriend and I recently. I am trying to lose weight and part of that has been calorie counting. I am trying to just not drink soda at all as it as an entirety for you is bad. However, when I’m really craving one I feel it’s better to grab a diet soda as it has no calories or sugars so I can still keep my goal. My boyfriend on the other hand says the chemicals in diet soda are so terrible for you that if I’m going to drink a soda I should just have a regular one.
What do you guys think? Should I drink a diet to help stay within my calories if I’m really craving one or are the chemicals really that terrible for you? Thanks!
