Struggling

I (22 F) have been obese my whole life. Currently am pushing 300lbs ( after gaining approx 30 pounds due to quarantine) at 5’2. I feel as if I sometimes have body dysmorphia. I know I’m far, but I’ll think “ ehh I could be fatter.” I know this is totally unhealthy, and I do want to lose weight because I can actually feel my body struggling under this weight. I need help getting started. I slip up so much. I’ll “ due good” for a few days, but then emotionally eat which turns right back into my viscous cycle. What motivates you to stay on track? How do you cope with cravings? I want to lose weight in order to be healthy enough to have children.
