Is anyone open to being my accountability partner where we check in with each other every day (or at least a couple times a week) to share our weigh-in updates and anything else on our minds as it relates to weight loss and fitness? I feel the unhealthiest I’ve ever been after this stay-at-home period the last few months and some rough personal stuff I’ve gone through in the last year. I would really like to disrupt the poor habits I’ve fallen into and get my life back on track. Having someone to check in with will force me to get in the habit of weighing myself, paying more attention to what I eat and how much I’m moving, and get me back on track.
