God must have put this video in my recommended himself.
Hey reddit I’m 19 going on 20 and my whole life I was the fat kid. Even though fat I’ve always kept up athletically but that’s not the point. This weight and bad lifestyle negative effects my mental health and it’s not in a good state to begin with so if I want to live I have to change I have to walk this path slow and steady and not in a sprint. I’ve lost weight before I used to be 290 around 15-17 then junior summer I lost 50lbs and this year I was at 220. Sadly now I back at 250 and it hurts so bad but I know now that this was just another stepping stone in my journey teaching me that it’s a marathon not a sprint. So no more set backs no more slip ups just to get a little dopamine release, now I work for future by not letting up today ✊🏾
