30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 29

Hello losers,

We made it to Friday!

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 204.9 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1500 ish planned. I promise I'll do the math eventually for week 3 & 4 average lols. 2/2 weeks weekly calorie average, minus maintenance Mondays.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 25/29 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/23 days): Tried to handle some adulting. I think I killed my fitbit & I know it's such a helpful tool that I'll need it replaced ASAP.

Try a new recipe once a week: Cowboy caviar, dry navy & black beans into plump & ready to cook beans in the freezer, 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 3.5/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. 26/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: 3 day streak no fast food looking to beat 25, gift card only Starbucks, 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: I'm not hungry today. Weird.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: I'm grateful for Disney plus and air conditioning. Also, a good push up bra.

Your turn!
