Lost 10lbs so far, not sure where to go from here. Any advice?

I've been lurking on this sub for a while, but this is my first time posting here.

I'm 17 years old, weigh in at slightly under 160lbs, and am 5'6. I've always had a naturally more muscular body, at least for a girl, and haven't really felt the need to lose weight up until recently. I decided to lose weight about a month ago because I hit 170 and wasn't feeling very healthy, and have been calorie counting and watching what I eat for the past 3 weeks.

Surprisingly, I lost 10lbs pretty easily just by being aware of what I'm putting in my body and limiting my calorie intake, but now am not sure where to go from here. I've been stagnant for the past week or so, and I might start adding in more regular exercise, but I don't want to start anything too unrealistic that won't be sustainable for me. Any advice?
