Hello,
I have been struggling with weight issues for a few years.
I have been visiting a nutritionist and started losing weight, very slowly. I am a sedentary person and this pandemic thing didn't help either. I've heard that walking (as a startup exercise) does wonders but the problem is that I just hate it!
I have tried to listen to podcasts, to music and so on but it didn't work. My specific problem with walking is that it's boring for me and because I am obese, it makes me uncomfortable physically. Moreover, there aren't too many pretty places I could walk through in my area (my opinion).
I would like to know if there are other things you do to make walking enjoyable.
