I recently saw old photos of my myself and it made me realize how unhealthy I am. I’m tired of feeling insecure about myself all the time. I need to make a lifestyle change but I’m not sure how to start. I desperately want to focus on myself and making myself happy. I weigh 200 pounds and I’m 5’2. I’d love and appreciate any tips regarding exercise and diet. I’m not much of a cook but I’m opening to learning and trying. I’m starting to go on walks for 5 miles and I’m trying to do them everyday. I’ve always struggled to lose weight, and it seems the weight has piling on over the years. However I’m ready to make the efforts. Any food recipes would be appreciated as well.
