Weight Loss for Everyone: The infamous Yoyo

The infamous Yoyo

I'm 25 and 7 lbs away from my highest weight of 244 lbs. I have been fat most of my life but have had periods where I was very fit and strong only to return to my previous highest weight and even go higher.

Back when I was younger my weight would shed off with the hard work however that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

I track my calories, I aim for cardio 3-4x a week for an hour, I drink 3-5 L of water, I have been intermittently fasting on a 6/18 window. That's where I have lost my seven pounds since beginning of January. However the progress has been so slow. It's so easy to relapse cause I really feel like I'm not seeing a difference and through even 2-3 days of relasaping I gain back 1-3 lbs.

At this point I'm feeling helpless. I really do feel like I try my best and im sick of being at this point.

Any words of guidance to help me through my rut.
