Hi friends. So this October I decided I had enough of looking and feeling like crap as I was 271 pounds (and 6’6). I’ll spare you the emotional journey of it all but I’m now down to 203 pounds. Feels good.
I’m thinking of going to about 195 or so. I think that’s a good weight. My family and friends have all been supportive but now are wondering if I’m too skinny ALREADY, let alone at the prospect of me losing more.
So I guess I want to get some objective perspective on what a good weight would be for someone my size as when I look it up online it seems to say anything from 185-230
Also any tips on losing belly fat? It seems I’ve lost almost all fat everywhere except the damn gut, haha.
